I personally am OFFENDED that the PERSON who STOLE the rat got to comment on here! We need to trace her identity and BOOK HER, JOE! (i don't know why I called you JOE)

This "Jeannie" person did it AGAIN last night, December 17, so obviously she has not learned her LESSON!

YES VIRGINIA!!!

It was not exactly a Lindbergh thing, but The Christmas Rat has been a part of my nuclear family for about 30 years - much longer than the kids, and unlike the kids and wife, he/she (transcends gender) saves money.

Christmas will forever have a slightly different look-n-feel for me and my girls. It will now somewhat carry the baggage of that daunting lack of joy, confidence, and enthusiasm that close families should share. Only frequent home-made biscuits can possibly rectify the situation, and Jeannie's hands-on-bible promise to never touch The Christmas Rat again.

Thanks Daniel for your valuable assistance in the return of "TCR". Jerry

The Rat was returned to his so called rightful place after a ransom exchange was made (stocking for the Rat's whereabouts).

In all honesty the Rat photographs well. He is not nearly so cute in person.
