Getting the Mac back

Our mac, Homer, has been in the shop for two weeks for a faulty power supply. I should have just order a new power supply myself. It would have taken me 15 minutes to replace it, but instead, I’ve had to spend countless hours on hold with Apple customer support to find out that they haven’t replaced the part yet.

Anyway, it’s ready for pick up now, so I’ll pick it up tonight, and I will add more posts to the blog. First and foremost – Marc and Amelia!

Off topic – Google just released a new web site analytics tool that I am now using on the site. Man, is there any information they are not going to have about me. I use them for my web searches, email, IM, and now they will know how many people are visiting nycnortons.com and what links they are clicking.
