Hello from New York!

Ashley and I have been in New York for about 3 weeks, and I’ve just now gotten this blog off the ground. Part of the problem has been a lack of time to devote to setting everything up. Shout out to Shane who has been extremely generous in lending me some space to host this blog and helping me troubleshoot problems with my PHP install and other general technical headaches.

I don’t know how this blog will take shape yet. I envision it as a place to keep our family and friends up to date on our lives here. I’ll try to be diligent about posting pictures and writing about adventures, but I’m not making any promises. Mostly, I think it will probably be similar to my free blog yeahnotreally which is about nothing, and lately less nothing than usual. Plus, most of our friends don’t read (and definitely not blogs.) Just kidding friends… except Shane.

    Glad to finally get some comment from you both. Guess New Yorkers are a bit rude when it comes to spilling coffee on a lady (Ashley).
    Everything is done at such a fast pace in NY - hope you catch up.
    I am going to Charlotte, NC for a couple of days at the end of the month. I'm taking along week-end to visit a girl friend.
    I have reserved a room here in Jensen Beach for the Norton's when you come for Thanksgiving. Hope you are still planning the time here. I look forward to hearing from you both. Love Grammy
